Posted on 8/05/12 5:20pm

We believe this is a known problem with telecoms Yahoo service provider. If you are having trouble, please contact them about resolving this
Alternatively you can also use our SMTP servers to send out email, if your hosting plan supports it. Details on setting it up can be found at http://loungenetwork.co.nz/faqman/index.php?op=view&t=90
If you are not one of our clients, but are reading this because you are a Telecom / Xtra customer, and trying to find a solution to this problem, please contact us if you want to move your hosting to our servers. We do provide SMTP servers with most of our hosting plans, which allows you to bypass your ISP when it comes to sending emails. You can contact us at http://www.loungenetwork.co.nz/contact.php
