17/01/08 Telstra / Clear / Paradise Users:
Posted on 22/06/08 11:02pm
We have had reports from a couple of customers who use Telstra/Clear/Paradise as their ISP, that they have been having difficulty accessing their websites on both the Concorde and Libra Servers. This is due to an issue with Telstra/Clear/Paradises network, and not with the servers or network that the websites are hosted on. People having difficulty browsing their website will be able to test their website and bypass their ISP by using the following Proxy website http://www.proxybrowsing.com/. If you are experiencing issues, please contact your ISP to fix the issue.

7/11/07 IMPORTANT NOTICE for any Lounge Network Clients who use Yahoo Xtra / Telecom email accounts for their Email:
Posted on 22/06/08 10:55pm
There is currently major problem with Yahoo Xtras Bubbles Spam filtering system. This problem causes many legitimate emails sent from NZ Businesses, that are sent to ...@xtra.co.nz email addresses, to being classified as spam. This causes these incorrectly classified emails to go into your Yahoo \\\'bulk mail bin\\\' instead of into your Xtra Yahoo inbox. This means that if you use email software such as Outlook to download your email, you will not receive some important emails. You will be able to view incorrectly classified emails, in the \\\'Bulk Mail\\\' folder by logging into your Yahoo Xtra Bubble webmail system at http://xtra.yahoo.com/mail . To \\\'Whitelist\\\' an incorrectly classified email, as a legitimate email, please follow Xtra Yahoos instructions athttp://xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-7824012,00.html . If you need help with this, please contact Xtra on 0800 CALL XTRA
