A Note Regarding Telephone Support:

We do not offer telephone sales or support for our web hosting or domain registration services. From our experience, email is a far more efficient method for communication, and resolving any technical issues. It also allows us time to discuss solutions to questions with other members before we reply to you. Due to this, we are able to pass the cost savings on to our clients with affordably priced hosting plans and domain registration. Therefore please don't email us requesting a call back, as we don't have a telephone call centre.
